Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "we" and "us" mean Positive Difference (ABN: 61 267 037 637)
- "you" means you the customer
- "event" means a Positive Difference short course, workshop, or master class that you physically attend
- "registration fee" means the fee you pay to register for an event
- "product" means any Positive Difference good or service that is not an event
- "product fee" means the fee you pay to purchase a product
- "promotional gift" means a gift given to you by Positive Difference as part of a promotion
Events
- Please contact us if you would like to request a refund.
- The registration fee is refundable up to 6 weeks (42 days) before the event starts. After this date, a refund of the registration fee will be at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule events. In such cases, you are entitled to a refund of the registration fee.
- We reserve the right to change the venue of an event. In such cases, a refund of the registration fee will be at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to restrict your attendance at an event in order to protect the health and wellbeing of other customers and venue staff. In such cases, a refund of the registration fee will be at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to deduct 3% of the registration fee from your refund to cover the cost of bank and card processing fees.
- If you received a promotional gift such as a hamper, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this from your refund.
- You agree to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before attending an event.
- You agree to pay your registration fee before attending an event.
- Your consumer guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law operate alongside, and in addition to, your rights under this policy. For more information, please refer to the Australian Consumer Law website.
Products

Promotional Gifts
Please contact us if you encounter an issue with your promotional gift.
We will do our best to accommodate an exchange of your promotional gift, which will be at our discretion.
We reserve the right to substitute a promotional gift for one of equal or greater value.

- The Positive Difference logo, "Do good better", and "Visible leadership" are trademarks of Positive Difference.
- Modification of Positive Difference intellectual property by you is only allowed with our express written permission.
